“In our school we have teachers from a variety of backgrounds and identities, which often leads to a variety of approaches and differences of opinion. The Merchavim workshop gave us an opportunity to create a deeper, more fruitful dialog in the staff, with respect and an approach that emphasizes that everyone has a place, that we are all equal and can be what we wish to be. These important messages are communicated to the students through a sensitive dialog which takes place in classrooms daily.
